Sequel to several sexual harassment allegations targeted at Mr. Adekunle Adebiyi, MTN Nigeria Chief Sales & Distribution Officer by some female staff of the organisation, the embattled chief sales & distribution officer has allegedly threw in the towel, The Industry gathers.
A few days ago, some female employees of MTN Nigeria alleged that Mr. Adebiyi had been making illicit sexual advancing at them and threatening to fire anyone who refuses his unwholesome relationship.
The MTN Nigeria’s disgruntled female employees under the aegis of ‘The Anonymous Whistle Blowers’ let out the news in an attempt to truncate any disengagement planned by the erstwhile CSDO.
The anonymous group went further to knock the chief executive officer, Karl Toriola over an attempt to cover up. However, it is gathered that South Africa is currently meeting over the matter and Karl maybe asked to step down.
The pressure from board caused Mr. Adebiyi to resign.
