Amazon Prime Video appoints creative advertising giant, Insight Publicis to lead entry into Nigeria

  • As Agency and Prime Video moves to fulfill the Nigeria movie watching audience’s desires for a premium movie experience

International on-demand subscription video  and over-the-top streaming platform, Amazon Prime Video, has announced its partnership with West Africa’s leading creative agency, Insight Publicis, to drive its entry into Nigeria. This comes amidst Amazon Prime Video’s effort to spread its global presence and reach more African audiences.

Speaking on the choice by Amazon Prime Video  to work with the creative agency, Senior Brand Manager, Prime Video Africa & Middle East, Elizabeth Oputa, stated that appointing a top creative and highly skilled agency like Insight Publicis will ease the brand’s understanding of the Nigerian consumer, local nuances and people interests.

Group Creative Director and advertising expert, Sinmisola Hughes-Obisesan, who led the pitch with her team shared her excitement and enthusiasm about leading the creative execution for the brand’s entry into Nigeria.
