Miami-based independent creative agency network Gut has raided appointed Andrea Diquez as its first Global CEO. 

The appointment is effective next month and Diquez will work with agency founders Anselmo Ramos and Gaston Bigio to manage and grow the network, which now operates in five countries. In addition to its Miami headquarters, it has offices in Los Angeles, Toronto, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Mexico City. 

Originally from Venezuela, Diquez most recently served as CEO DDB Chicago since May 2021 and before that served as CEO Saatchi & Saatchi New York. She worked at Saatchi for two decades and for a time was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Mexico.
