Body Shop expands global footprint to Nigeria

The United Kingdom’s iconic beauty brand, the Body Shop, has launched its entry into Nigeria, marking a significant milestone in the country’s retail and skincare industry.

The first store is set to open at Jabi Lake Mall, Abuja, on March 8, 2025.

According to a statement, for years, Nigerians have embraced The Body Shop’s ethically sourced and cruelty-free products, often acquiring them from abroad. Now, with a local presence, consumers will have direct access to the brand’s renowned skincare, hair care, and wellness collections.

It noted that this launch makes Nigeria the first West African country to host a Body Shop store, joining a global network spanning 71 markets and over 1,700 stores.
