Transformation College tailors programmes to meet job market demands

The Founder of Transformation College of Business and Technology, Dr. Orlando Olumide Odejide, has revealed that the college’s programmes are designed to meet the demands of today’s dynamic job market.

Among its key disciplines are Business Informatics, which explores the intersection of technology, business, and society, equipping students with tools for managing and analysing business-related data.

The Network and System Security programme focuses on protecting infrastructure usability and integrity by mitigating various potential threats, while Computer Software Engineering encompasses the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, adhering to engineering principles and best practices.

Odejide stated that the institution has swiftly risen to prominence as a beacon of high-quality education and professional training in Nigeria and Africa. “This institution, accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), operates as a non-governmental organisation (NGO) dedicated to empowering individuals through knowledge and skills.

With its innovative approach to learning and community development, Transformation College stands out as a leader in the educational landscape. Education should be free to everyone in developing countries in Africa and the world,” he said.

Since its establishment in 2023, Odejide, who is passionate about education and community development, noted that the college has experienced steady growth under his leadership.

The college has expanded its academic offerings and enhanced its facilities to create an environment conducive to learning and development. “Transformation College aims at providing not just education, but empowerment through knowledge,” Odejide said, reflecting on the institution’s mission to foster holistic growth.

The college boasts state-of-the-art facilities that support both academic and research activities. Modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, an extensive library, and recreational areas provide a comprehensive learning environment for students. These facilities are designed to enhance the learning experience, making it both engaging and effective. “Academic excellence is at the core of everything we do at Transformation College,” Odejide affirmed, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to quality education and innovation.

“Through education and community engagement, we aim to build future leaders who will drive positive change,” Odejide added, highlighting the college’s broader impact on society. The college has garnered recognition for its academic excellence and innovative teaching methods.

It has established strategic partnerships with top organisations, received awards for its contributions to education and community development, and maintains a strong alumni network of successful professionals across various sectors. “These achievements underscore the institution’s commitment to excellence and its impact on the broader community,” he said.

Looking ahead, Transformation College aims to expand its academic offerings, bolster industry partnerships, and continue fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The institution remains steadfast in its mission to prepare future leaders and professionals who will make a positive impact on society.
