AAAN to champion advertising innovation at summit

The Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) is set to hold its summit from July 17 to 19 in Oyo State.

The event, themed “Charting Bold Paths Forward,” will bring together key stakeholders from the advertising and creative sectors to discuss how the industry can reposition itself for transformation amid global disruptions.

Lanre Adisa, AAAN President, emphasizes that the theme reflects the association’s commitment to strategic risk-taking and future-focused innovation. “This is not the time to tiptoe around the future,” Adisa declares. “Boldness is not a buzzword but the only language the future understands.”

On July 18, Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde will officially declare the conference open, accompanied by notable dignitaries including Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris; Minister of Art, Culture, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa; and Olalekan Fadolapo, Director-General of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria.
