At MPXM Agency, collaboration over competition, says Nana Utomi

Chief Experience Architect at MPXM Agency, Nana Milagrosa Maximilliana Utomi A. Biyang, has expressed her desire to continue to advocate for collaboration in marketing communication over the age-old tactics of competition for dominance.

She stressed this on her LinkedIn handle recently while delivering the Remy Cointreau #RémyMartinLouisXIII Gastronomy Immersive Dining Series, a private luxury pairing experience across Nigeria for high-net-worth guests this 2025.

“I have always been an advocate for Collaboration Over Competition, and it is always a Win-Win for the Experiential Marketing Industry,” she said.

At MPXM Agency, we have always believed in the power of immersive storytelling, but we believe even more in the power of collaboration.

Collaboration over competition is a mindset and strategy that prioritizes working together for mutual benefit rather than competing against each other.

This approach emphasizes that supporting others’ success can lead to greater overall achievement and results in benefits like shared resources, expanded networks, and stronger outcomes. This can be seen in business partnerships, professional communities, and even healthcare, where sharing resources and celebrating colleagues’ successes leads to better community-wide results.

Nana, who is fondly called by colleagues ‘The Experiential Chic’ wrote “The team MPXM Agency #collaborated with a fellow Experiential Marketers’ Association of Nigeria agency, 5th Element Creative Media, to elevate the Abuja leg of this exquisite experience.

“From hashtag#3D creative simulation, immersive video capture, editorial-grade photography, and content generation, this hashtag #collaboration delivered results that mirrored global standards and resonated deeply with every guest.”

According to her, “This is what hashtag#EXMAN leadership in action looks like when agencies choose collaboration over competition. We may compete in boardrooms, but we win in unity and have fun while doing it.”

To the MPXM Agency, 5th Element Creative Media team, and Olamiju Olayemi, I thank you for your brilliance, speed, professionalism, and hashtag#EXMAN spirit, she stated.

She added, “To my MPXM Agency family, let us keep leading by doing! Let this be a reminder: the future of hashtag#XM experiential marketing lies in shared value, not silos. Olamiju Olayemi, I cannot wait to see you at the National Advertising Conference this November! We are not just creating experiences; we are building loyalty…. We are building movements,” she concluded.
